Delete from your account settings
Sign in, open Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account, enter your current password and confirm the request. Sales Storm records the request and either completes it or keeps it in a reconciliation state until required cleanup succeeds.
Open account settings1. Identity Verification
The in-app flow requires an authenticated session and your current password. This helps prevent unauthorised deletion. If you cannot use the automated flow, email info@orpheo.space with the subject Sales Storm Data Deletion Request. To help us identify the correct account, include:
- the email address associated with your Sales Storm account;
- the connected social account or platform involved, if any;
- the deletion request ID shown by the app, if available; and
- enough information to verify account ownership or your authority to act.
Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, payment-card numbers or other secrets by email.
2. What the Account Workflow Deletes
After verification, the account-wide workflow blocks new work and removes active-system data associated with the account, including:
- the account profile, password-reset records and notifications;
- brands, products, campaigns, generated variations and job history;
- uploaded and generated media in managed local storage and registered object storage;
- publishing settings, scheduled work, social-account references and stored OAuth credentials; and
- account-level analytics, learning-loop records, OAuth state and security records except the limited evidence described below.
3. Active Jobs and Partial Completion
Sales Storm attempts to cancel queued generation, publishing and analytics work before erasing the account. Work already running, temporary provider failures or unavailable storage can leave the request marked as partially failed. In that state the account cannot start new work, the system does not claim completion, and an operator must safely retry or reconcile the outstanding task.
If the app displays a partial-failure request ID, contact info@orpheo.space and include that ID. Do not include your password or provider credentials.
4. Connected Platforms and Published Posts
The workflow attempts provider-side credential revocation for connected YouTube, Instagram/Meta and TikTok accounts. If a provider cannot confirm revocation, Sales Storm retains the encrypted credential only as needed to retry and does not mark the deletion complete. On confirmed revocation, the stored credentials are erased.
Deleting a Sales Storm account does not delete posts already published to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or another third-party platform. Those posts are controlled by the platform and the account owner; use the platform's own content and account tools to remove them.
5. Limited Exceptions
Sales Storm retains a secret-free record of the deletion request and outcome, the accepted policy versions and acceptance time/source, and aggregate security-event counts where needed for legal or security integrity. This evidence excludes customer prompts, brand content, media, email addresses, passwords and OAuth tokens.
Limited copies can also remain temporarily in operational backups or logs. Backups are not rewritten as part of the live deletion request; restored data must be handled under the deletion runbook before service resumes. Other records may be retained where legally required. No deletion period beyond an approved operational or legal policy is promised here.
